Registration Terms

By registering for IAACON 2026, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms help ensure accurate communication and a smooth conference experience for all delegates.

Registration and Fees

  • All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes (18% GST included) and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
  • Rates vary by registration category and applicable timelines for early bird, regular, and on-spot periods.
  • Please provide accurate details in the registration form, including your IAA Registration No. where applicable.

Communication

  • Provide your updated email ID and WhatsApp number for registration receipts and conference communication.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays or failure of electronic communication.

Eligibility and Documentation

  • PG students should attach a letter from HOD as proof of belonging to their college or university.
  • Spot registrants will not be guaranteed a conference kit and gift.

Event Updates

  • Conference schedules, faculty, and program details may be updated as required.
  • Organizers reserve the right to make operational adjustments to ensure attendee safety and event quality.
