Cancellation timelines and refund processing details for IAACON 2026 registrations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delegate Registration Cancellations

  • Cancellations made on or before July 30, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made between July 30, 2026 and August 30, 2026 will receive a 25% refund.
  • Cancellations made after August 30, 2026 are non-refundable.
  • Delegates who do not attend the conference ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to iaacon2026@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
  • Refunds will be done after 1 month of completion of conference.
